Abstract
Acute aortic dissection is an emergency that may cause substantial morbidity and often results in death. We report two cases presented with new onset mild bitemporal headaches and were diagnosed as Stanford type A aortic dissection. Aortic dissection should be kept in mind as a differential diagnosis in elderly patients with acute unusual headaches, even if they had a previous migraine history or mild presentation. È«
